Dixie'S Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box original Uncle Ben's wild rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook wild rice as directed on box.
Boil chicken with salt, celery (2 stalks) and onion or onion salt.
When cooked and deboned, cut into bite size chunks.
Saute celery and onions in 1/2 stick butter.
Mix first 4 ingredients together with 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese.
