Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 pkg. sausage
    2 c. half and half
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Remove crust from bread and butter.
    Place in bottom of dish.
    Brown sausage; drain and sprinkle over bread.
    Grate cheese and put over sausage.
    Beat eggs and half and half together.
    Pour over sausage and cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
