Cheese Pie Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    seedless pickled jalapeno peppers
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions
Preparation
    Overlap 2 sheets of wax paper.
    Let Velveeta cheese.
    Set to room temperature.
    Knead cheese like dough to get soft.
    Roll out into a circle on waxed paper.
    Mix sour cream and cream cheese together.
    Add onions and peppers (6 to 8) and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture on half of circle; spread and flip over like an omelet.
    Take a spoon dipped in soft butter and mash edges together like a fried pie.
    Do the decorative edge after you flip onto a serving dish.
