Hot Milk Cake With Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. hot milk
1 Tbsp. hot butter

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Heat milk and butter to boil and remove from heat.
Add milk to first mixture. Do not use a beater. Mix well by hand.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 in an 8-inch square greased pan.
