Grandma'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flavoring (your choice)
flour
Crisco shortening
Preparation

Break eggs in bowl.
Put \"big-big\" handful of Crisco shortening into bowl.
Add sugar, flavoring of you choice and enough self-rising flour to make a stiff dough.
In palm of your hand, form marble size dough.
Shape round.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Cookies burn easily.
Remove from oven when tops are light brown.
Keeps crisp for weeks when stored in airtight container.
