Sweet Potato With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes
    2 slices canned pineapple
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 to 5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Cook, peel and slice potatoes.
    Cut pineapple into cubes and arrange in alternate layers with potato.
    Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar and flour; blend.
    Add juice and cook.
    Stir until it is thickened.
    Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    Serves 2.
    Recipe can be doubled.
