Skinny Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    2 carrots, diced or sliced
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, minced coarse
    1 (6 1/2 to 8 oz.) can minced or chopped clams (undrained)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, boil water; add salt, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.
    Cook 20 minutes or until potatoes and celery are tender; add clams and milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer five minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
