Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. orange juice
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. raisins, plumped in boiling water and drained
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

In a saucepan, mix orange juice, brown sugar, cloves and ginger.
Mix cornstarch and water to make a smooth paste and add to the mixture.
Stir until it thickens; add raisins and pour over ham and bake.
