Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. brown mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. anchovy paste (a must)
3 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 egg, raw
Parmesan cheese
1 large romaine lettuce, broken into bite size
1/2 c. large croutons
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese, lettuce and croutons, in large bowl. Mix with whisk.
Add lettuce, sprinkle Parmesan and croutons and mix right before serving.
