Coconut Cream Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. coconut flakes
    1/3 lb. soft butter
    2 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
    Slowly add powdered sugar and coconut.
    Shape and chill.
    If mix is too moist to shape, slowly add a little more powdered sugar.
    Coat chilled eggs with chocolate.
