Sherried Mushroom Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 puff pastry shells
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Bake shells according to package directions.
    Remove center of shells when cool enough to handle; set aside.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Add sour cream,
    Parmesan cheese, sherry and garlic powder.
    Cook over low heat until warmed.
    Serve in shells; garnish with parsley.
    Prepare just before serving.
