Satin Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add milk and salt and beat. Rub butter around inside of double boiler.
Cook over boiling water for 20 minutes.
