Spinach Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    2 large onions, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt, thyme and black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into drained spinach.
    Freeze in individual mounds (ice cream scoop).
    When ready to thaw, place on thick slice of tomato.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 (30 minutes if frozen).
    Serves 16.
