Chicken Marsala(Italian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. olive oil, with a little butter
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Flour cutlets. Saute sliced garlic in oil.
    When browned, remove and brown cutlets.
    Mix remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup water and pour over cutlets.
