Mixed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and cut average size
    squash, cut size of potatoes
    okra, cut
    shortening (about 1-inch deep)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut average size.
    Peel squash and cut size of potatoes.
    Cut okra also to fry.
    Mix together.
    On top of stove, in big skillet with shortening about 1-inch deep, heat well and add vegetables, stirring them so all will be done (brown) at the same time.
    Serve at once.
