Southern Pecan Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. corn syrup (last)
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Mix brown sugar, white sugar and flour.
Add margarine to milk and mix.
Add vanilla, eggs, salt and nuts.
Mix well before making crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in 10-inch pan.
Reduce to 325\u00b0 after golden brown.
Filling will be slightly shaky when done.
