Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. self-rising cornmeal
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Bake cornbread; let cool, then crumble.
    Add the crumbled bacon, eggs, green pepper and onion.
    Put tomatoes in last.
    Add mayonnaise and stir.
    Chill until served.
    Better next day if some left over.
