Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 lb. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium, chopped onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. white wine (optional)
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (1 strip)
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Melt cheese in medium saucepot.
    Add soup, onion and wine; stir until smooth.
    Layer broccoli in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over.
    Crush crackers and mix with butter/margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
