Creme De Menthe Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lemon jello
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. creme de menthe
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Mix creme de menthe and pineapple juice.
    Add to jello.
    Cool until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy.
    Fold in Cool Whip and drained pineapple. Refrigerate.
