New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla for 8 minutes.
Grease 9 inch pie plate.
Pour mixture in and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
Mix sour cream, 1 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Pour over cooling cake.
Return to oven for 10 minutes more.
