Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower (flowers only)
    1 broccoli (flowers only)
    1 cucumber
    1/2 green pepper
    2 carrots
    1 tomato
    mushrooms (to garnish)
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 bottle Italian dressing (can use fat-free)
Preparation
    Cut vegetables and toss with oregano and Italian dressing. Marinate overnight.
    One to 2 hours before serving, add tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Serves 6 to 7 people.
