Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, deboned and flaked
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (regular or light)
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (key ingredient, do not increase amount)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. horseradish (optional)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix with mixer until thoroughly blended. Cover and chill overnight.
    Shape into log and roll in finely chopped pecans. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.
