Elegantly Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil potatoes in skins.
Cool, peel and cut up.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine shredded Cheddar cheese and butter.
Stir occasionally until almost melted.
Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper.
Fold in potatoes and turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
Refrigerate.
To serve, return to room temperature and bake 25 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until heated through.
