Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean hamburger
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. Wright, smoke liquid
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Divide into 3 balls.
    Roll to size of your choice. Wrap in foil.
    Leave in icebox overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Open one end of the foil.
    Pour out excess grease and cool. Serve.
