4 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 lb. almonds
pinch of salt
1/2 lb. margarine
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat egg whites.
Add sugar and salt. Slowly melt margarine in three-quart casserole.
Mix nuts into egg white mixture.
Bake nuts in margarine at 325\u00b0 until margarine is absorbed, about 45 minutes.
