Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pack dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3 eggs, beaten very light
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Put milk in saucepan.
Add margarine and sugar.
Heat until margarine melts. Cool slightly.
Add yeast dissolved in water. Then add well beaten eggs and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Beat hard and set aside to rise.
Stir down and add rest of flour. Then when blended, turn onto floured board and knead lightly.
Not too much flour, dough should be soft, not stiff.
Divide and shape into type rolls you wish.
Place on greased pans and let rise until very, very light.
Bake 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
