Potatoes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced thin
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
    Add potatoes, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring carefully with pancake turner, about 5 minutes or until potatoes are heated.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Serve immediately.
