Gnocchis(From The Kitchen Of Sarah Surina.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. baking potatoes (in jackets)
1 c. sifted flour
1 whole egg (1 extra egg yolk)
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Peel and mash while warm and blend with flour.
Add slightly beaten egg, yolk, butter and salt.
Place on board and knead lightly.
Keep dough soft.
Roll into sticks 1-inch thick and about 10-inches long.
Cut into 3/4-inch pieces. Dent in the middle with a fork.
Boil in salted water.
Cook until they rise to the top of the water.
Drain.
