Sweet Potatoes With Apricots And Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can yams, chunked
    1 lb. can apricot halves (reserved liquid)
    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. shredded orange peel
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup apricot juice, sugar, salt, cinnamon, orange peel and cornstarch to boil, stirring until thickened.
    Add butter, apricots and pecans.
    Pour over sweet potatoes in greased dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
