Mex-Italian Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese or substitute with cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
    Mix together the Ricotta cheese and dried parsley.
