Mark'S Polish Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. Polish sausage
6 potatoes or 3 cans green beans for low carb diet
4 cans sauerkraut
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Barely cover thick sliced sausage with water.
Add diced, raw potatoes and sauerkraut.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
