Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Mix together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Blend together flour, baking powder and salt.
Alternate this mixture and sour cream into first mixture.
Spoon half of batter into angel food cake pan or Bundt pan.
Grease and flour very well.
