Cornmeal Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine 3 1/2 cups of flour and the yeast.
    Heat milk, sugar, shortening and salt, just until shortening is melted.
    Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand, stir in cornmeal and remaining flour.
    Cover; let rise in warm place until double in size.
    Stir down.
    Fill 24 muffin cups 2/3 full; let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
