Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
8 oz. flour
12 oz. corn kernels (fresh when possible)
Preparation

Sift flour and baking powder into bowl; make well in center. In separate bowl, mix yolks, salt and sugar.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Add corn; mix.
Whip whites until stiff; fold into batter.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
