Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. blueberries
1 egg
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries.
Add milk, egg and butter.
Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
The batter should be lumpy.
Spoon batter into 12 (2 1/2-inch) greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tops spring when lightly touched.
Serve warm.
