Almond Buffet Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. water
2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup
1 c. rice
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. blanched almonds
Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring water and soup to a boil.
Add rice.
Cover, reduce heat and very gently boil 25 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
