Rice Salad(San Francisco Jr. League; Yield: 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    1 c. fresh bean sprouts
    1/4 c. toasted cashews
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
