Rice Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice (do not overcook)
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 cans drained chopped green chilies
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Mix sour cream and rice.
    Put half of rice mixture in dish.
    Sprinkle on chopped chilies, cover with Cheddar cheese and add remaining rice.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
