Oven Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs (Italian)
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
Stir salt into dry bread crumbs.
Dip fish into milk; then coat with bread crumbs and place on a well-greased pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Pour melted margarine over fish.
Place pan so it is slightly above center of oven.
Bake, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
