Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans tomatoes (1 lb.)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. oregano
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles in water with oil and salt.
    Cook meat in oil until brown.
    Drain.
    Mix flour with 1/2 cup tomato juice until smooth.
    Stir into meat with other tomatoes, juices, onion and seasonings.
    Layer in baking dish:
    meat, noodles, cheese; repeat. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or a little longer, if necessary.
