No Fry Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
    4 1/2 c. flour
    approximately 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
    Add milk, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, eggs, shortening and 2 cups flour. Beat 1/2 minute
    on low speed.
