Barbecued Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 lb. salmon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped peppers
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bay leaf, crumbled
Preparation
    Place bacon in bottom of a baking dish.
    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper; lay on top of bacon.
    Saute garlic, onion and green peppers together for 3 minutes in hot oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over salmon.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 minutes, basting often.
    Makes 4 servings.
