Cheese Ball #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 c. grated pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese with pineapple, 1 cup pecans, bell pepper,
    onion
    flakes
    and seasoning salt.
    Roll into 1 large or 2 small balls.
    Roll the balls in the remaining 1 cup pecans.
    Top with a cherry and serve with crackers.
