Meatballs With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine thoroughly ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, garlic salt and pepper.
    Shape into 35 balls; chill 1 hour.
    Over medium heat melt margarine.
    Brown meatballs on all sides.
    Drain fat.
    Combine soup and water.
    Add to frypan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
