Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
1 c. quick cook oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat eggs into creamed mixture.
Sift dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture, then add oats and water.
Beat well.
Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 28 minutes.
