Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. self-rising flour (use 1 c. on board)
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening (solid)
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl; cut in solid shortening.
    Add buttermilk and yeast.
    Knead on board in towel until stiff enough to roll.
    Roll out and cut biscuits; place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Keep frozen until ready to cook.
    Place in preheated 400\u00b0 oven frozen and bake for 10 to 20 minutes.
