No-Fail Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    These ingredients may all be mixed right in a cake pan, but I prefer to use a mixing bowl.
    Be sure the vinegar gets on the baking soda.
    Do not overmix.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with chocolate frosting of your choice.
