Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    3 eggs
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Steam broccoli.
    Melt butter; saute onion.
    Add flour and water; stir until boils.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Cheez Whiz. Put broccoli in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole pan; pour mix over. Separate eggs; beat whites until foamy.
    Fold in yolks; fold into casserole.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs.
    Cover with dots of butter. Cook, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
