Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    salt
    cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, rice, raisins, vanilla, milk and dash of salt.
    Mix well and pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 42 minutes.
    Pudding will be loose in the middle when removed from the oven.
    It will set as it cools.
