Ingredients

2 c. raw grated potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Peel potatoes and soak in cold water several hours.
Then grate potatoes, drain and add the onions and eggs.
Stir in salt and flour.
Drop batter by spoonfuls into frying pan.
Turn to brown other side.
Serve hot.
